Loichinger Advantage LLC was formed in 2006 to help organizations grow into market leaders by developing the performance and potential of their organizational leadership. We have successfully worked with progressive executives throughout Wisconsin for more than ten years.
Prior to the formation and work with area consulting firms, company founder Dan Loichinger worked for fifteen years leading corporate training & development teams inside middle market organizations, including commercial printing, energy, health care, retail and insurance. This inside-outside perspective provides an intangible value that is often cited by clients.
