OD Roundtable

From day one, it was important to me to understand the issues my clients were facing, and the impact they had on their organizations. While we create organization designs and leadership solutions within a quiet space, our clients live in a very different world. I know. This is the world I lived and worked in for 17 years.

Nine years ago I created the OD Roundtable to stay in touch with the realities and dilemmas facing my clients – whether development, human resources or executive leaders. The roundtable continues to thrive and re-shape itself as a place where corporate leadership and organization development professionals from the Midwest’s best organizations gather every other month. It is a place we can not only confide in each other, but share best practices and create new solutions.

Today, we are over 30 leaders strong, represented by leading organizations from across the state of Wisconsin. In addition to our roundtable meetings, team conference events and social outings, our hope is to foster collaboration and innovation among the members on an ongoing basis.

Behind this page is one of those experiments. We have invested in Microsoft SharePoint and created an electronic space to meet, share and communicate. It is a learning lab and work in process.
